Backstory:

Born in Makai, Hell as it's more commonly referred to, his mother, Izumi had feared for the worst seeing as he was showing very little signs of demonic energy and the tension between the three races, humans, angels and demons growing, he was sent to live in the Human realm with his father and older sister as Makai was going through some hierarchy changes to try and hold down their position.Things ultimately didn't work out too well, it was hell on earth growing up in a village full of people who want nothing more than to kill you. The village wasn't too fond of any of them. Once their father had vanished, things only got worse.His sister, Sakuya had tried to keep him on track but he was unable to do so, he'd end up getting kicked out and forced to fend for himself in a world that felt just as foreign.. He fell down a path of crime until stealing from the wrong one, a man by the name Oboro.Oboro kicked his ass, bad-- And for someone who wasn't relying on holy weapons either? It left him shocked, yet he still wanted to keep fighting despite being outclassed...Saito even begged him to continue despite barely even being able to stand. Oboro had been moved by his stubbornness and eventually after several other encounters took him in and taught him to use all that energy he had for something else, Mercenary work.After a few years, Saito had been given the opportunity to lead what was essentially a sub-division to Oboro's crew: Kichiku. Saito had gone with naming it Kichiku-Shusai due to Oboro's daughter; Tetsuya had suggested it due to the awful name he'd originally came up with. (Work in Progress)

Equipment:

Nanaheiki: His main (backup) weapon. It takes the form of a black bracelet. Purple jems embedded into it. It supposedly has seven forms but he's only aware of six form currently. Often only uses it's sword variants.
Wires: Not used for combat purposes often but primarily ensnaring people when their guard is down. It's typically hidden by his sleeves, as it's wrapped up around both his arms, they've got small hooks on the end.
Kunai: Carries at least about ten of them on him. Often uses them as lightning rods or to pin things. Combat usage is minimal. Kept within a small pouch.
Bullet-proof/Fire-resistant clothing: It's self - explanatory, but recieved as a gift from Tetsuya.
Lighter: A standard lighter-- Serves no real combat usage, just an easier way to light a cigarette.

Powers:

Superhuman Capabilities:
His strength, speed, agility, stamina and greatly surpasses that of regular humans thanks to his demon lineage.
Black Blood Manipulation:
Total control over his blood. Able to ultimately weaponize it if need be if consumed or splattered. Hardening it has both offensive/defensive capabilities as it's often used to create weapons. (Work in Progress)
Electromagnetism Manipulation:
Originally having started off only with just purely electricity, he eventually (accidently) discovered he was able to manipulate, generate and magnetic and anti-magnetic effects onto several of his actions.
Aura Manipulation:
It's not very useful in terms of physical prowess, but works very effectively on those spirit-based beings or items.
Time Manipulation:
It's a rather uncommon occurrence but if a high amount of energy is gathered (Typically while he's moving.) slowing down time can occur but due the lack of experience; it can potentially leave him completely drained as a result.

Abilites:

Experienced Combatant:Having been forced to fight at such an early age, he needed to learn to fight or die. Saito originally had a savage-like fighting style solely relying on his brute strength to carry him to victory despite having some knowledge of the 'Higurashi Fighting Style'. He's been trained by the Kawasaki family but, still hasn't been able to utilize it properly.
Accelerated Healing/ Regeneration:Self-explanatory, but depending on the severity of the injury it may take longer for him to heal. Limbs and such can reform as well but it takes a toll on him as the pain is felt at an increased as nerves are being reformed.
Skilled Marksman:He is quite efficient at hitting a target when serious enough.
Keen Intellect:While he's not necessarily the smartest around at times, when it comes to analyzing things in a fight, (When he's serious) he is capable of figuring out solutions even if his methods may be a little unorthodox.
Higurashi Style Techniques:Focuses around manipulating the users aura, originally intended for use against demons as means to destroy them from the inside without physical contact but just by proximity. Since his aura often is too much for himself to control, it's usually more effective for him to get up-close and personal.

Personality:

Saito can come off as too energetic and playful to the point many could find his very presence to be unbearable. His mannerisms are fairly poor so that is a factor into it as well, he may be a bit of a dick at times to others without really trying to.While he does still lack knowledge in some aspects due to his upbringing of being isolated in an old-fashioned, secluded village-- he's still very curious to learn more, whether it be for good or bad reasons. So he has his moments of being as easy to read as a book...Though his arrogance can get him into a lot of trouble though as he loves to let others underestimate him, even causing him to play around and not take things too seriously if he's under the belief he's got it in control. His actions can be swift to change if he's being pushed far enough to rely on his natural instincts.Recklessness for better or for worse, can make him very difficult to work with...Some might even consider him sadistic.

Extended Backstory

Born after the death of one of the rulers of Makai, Saito was one of the many offspring born around that time to have been affected by the curse left behind by the slain Demon Lord. There were a few exceptions to who had been affected but it seemed it was primarily newborns. All of them had been born with black blood, which was trait the former had shared and with this being the first time such an odd phenomenon had happened, many weren't sure what to make of this.The other rulers had been glad someone had taken care of such an annoying and unpredictable adversary. But with a new one needing to take his place everyone was using this as an opportunity to stir up the underworld. Times were changing, the ones that had seemed damn near untouchable had lost that status.No one was safe. His mother, Izumi could sense that things were only going to get worse. Some were even talking of invading the human realm out of spite...And with Saito lacking his demonic unlike his sister who had horns and fangs early on, he couldn't stay. The scent of human was too strong on him therefore with a heavy heart, the decision to send Saito and Sakuya to the Human realm with their father, was soon set into play. Unfortunately, even that wasn't much better. With their father being from a clan of exorcist they were immediately seen as outcasts despite being just being children, but their father's presence did alleviate some of that up until his disappearance.One thing led to another as the two had been seen as nothing more than tools for the 'family' to use to get the job done. Easily disposable ones at that too. While Sakuya certainly wasn't too fond of it, she knew obeying was better than refusing as at the very least the two of them had each other, but Saito had slowly lost the will to tolerate it any longer once his powers had started kicking in. He was stronger than them and he knew it. The clan feared them before for no reason, he intended on giving them one.(work in-progress....more to be added eventually)

Transformations:

Amped up State:
First Stage: His hair spikes, sharpened fangs and claws are more prominent as he is granted boost in strength.
Second Stage (Controlled): His hair becomes blend of white and black, Ombre to be exact as his demonic features retract as it multiplies his base stats.
Third Stage (Unstable): Much like his previous form, except his hair has straightened out with markings running alongside his body. Demonic power vastly increases at the cost of usability.
Black Devil Form:
[ A multi-staged demonic transformation he can under go, It greatly boosts his already advanced capabilities, his appearance varies whilst in this state. Some forms may be skipped depending on his mental state]
First Stage: Increased Muscle definition, longer hair.
Second Stage(Hybrid): Horns begin to sprout, a carapace-like armor forms around him.
Third Stage: Strips armor as body becomes coated in a black
